Paste ISRCs, define the rights holder entries to apply, review the changes, then push them straight to OpenPlay. OpenPlay credentials are held on the server — nothing to type in, nothing to lose.
Requests go to uklabels.reservoirmedia.openplayapp.com via this site's own server — no API key ever touches your browser.
OpenPlay credentials are held server-side, one per tenant, and never sent to or stored in your browser. Access to this page is itself restricted — see the badge above for who you're signed in as. Every update pushed to OpenPlay is logged against that identity in Step 5.
Every entry below is applied to every track found above. If a track already has a rights holder with the same name (case-insensitive), that record is updated in place — otherwise a new one is added. Any other existing rights holders on a track are left exactly as they are.
If a few tracks need different dates, shares, or restrictions, fill in only the fields above that are the same across every track, then download a spreadsheet pre-filled with one row per track for every rights holder card above. Fill in the fields that vary, save it, and upload it back — it will be used instead of the cards above when you build the preview.
Every push to OpenPlay from this tool, by anyone, tagged with who was signed in at the time. Kept for 180 days.
